Gandalf was born with a dangerous defect. His
breeder worked to find a home for him, but she
was unable to find a safe and stable home for
him. When she received word that her brother
had passed away, she needed someone to take
him so she could go to the funeral, which was in
another state. We droveve to Black Forest and picked him up, and he
quickly became one of our pack. We got him the
medical care he needed, he now spends his days in his
comfy dog bed at the sanctuary. He makes us all
laugh with his funny, amusing, protective, and
loving nature. He also loves giving people very
intense side-eyes.
