When we welcomed Tina into our home, we didn’t know that she was pregnant, and neither did the vets. She had various ailments that required assistance- but one thing they gave her to help was a medicine that was known to give kittens eye troubles if the mother cat takes it while pregnant. We did all we could to get their eyes fixed, including Tiramisu having to undergo three eye surgeries. Her kittens (now adults) still have a bit of eye trouble to this day.

Tostada

Toast is feisty and bossy. She keeps the others in line. She’s been known to knock whole baskets of fresh eggs off the counter, or lick butter we've left out to soften (bad idea!). She also licks out the bowls we put in the sink, and even took a bite out of a loaf of bread once or twice!

Moony

Moon is always looking for a fight. He’s never afraid to throw paws, even with the big cats- and even the dogs! He loves stirring up trouble, until he wants to snuggle. Then you wonder how such a cuddly, precious creature could cause so much trouble.

Enchilada

Enchi is the shy one. She can be cuddly at times, but most of the time she prefers to be by herself. She’s a bit skittish, but when she decides she wants love she can be very sweet.

Tiramisu: The “Innocent” One/ The Hairstylist

Sue often goes around giving people hairdos when they’re sitting on the couch, lying in bed, or when they come to close too her favorite cat perch. We call her “the hairdresser.” She’s very good at a giving her victims— I mean customers— a very windblown look, one that many hairdressers try but just can’t get quite right. She’s a pro.
