Years ago, we bought two pregnant does for milk. Their names were Vienna and Beatrix- who was affectionately nicknamed Raisin. Vienna had two bucklings named Richard and Goggles, and Raisin had two doelings named Butterscotch and Caramel. We later sold the moms and kept their their four kids (who were now adults by this point).

Richard has quite a personality! Though he is not at all sweet and is incredibly obnoxious at times, he’s a fun resident to have around anyway. This one horned wonder used to have two- but he broke one of them trying to get to the does and ewes. The vets had to come and saw it off!

We bred him with Caramel, and they had twin doelings- Pavlova and Turtle. Turtle definitely acts (and looks) a lot like her sire.
