Turtle and her twin sister Pavlova are the offspring of Richard and Caramel. Turtle is the second born of the twins, and sure had an easier time coming out after Pavlova. After we assisted with Pavlova we went back to the house to fetch gloves and change clothes- and we barely came back to the barn fast enough to watch Turtle slip out! She was quite excited to come out after the traffic jam that Pavlova created. Ever since Turtle has been the problem child. You’d think the one that had the most trouble coming out would be the most problematic for like, but no. Turtle made up for easy entrance into the world by making the place more complicated once she entered it! She enjoys jumping on her caretakers, as well as attempting to eat gloves, pants, tops, cameras, twine, and the fence among other things. Though difficult, she’s a wonderful addition to the crew, and we hope to use her as a companion to assist us with dairy products one day.
